HUDCO’s HSMI is housed in an eight storeyed building called the ‘HUDCO House’. HUDCO’s Corporate Office shifted from HUDCO House to India Habitat Centre in 1996-97 and HSMI shifted from Khel Gaon to HUDCO House in 1997-98.
HSMI, Delhi Regional Office (NCR) & UNHABITAT are presently housed in this building.
