Materials


          Materials used for construction are such that they
          enhance the thermal as well as visual comfort in
          the spaces making them livable and user friendly.
          The materials are locally sourced and used with
          indigenous techniques to capture  the essence
          of vernacular architecture in modern context
          without  compromising  on  the  aesthetic  appeal
          of the space. All materials are cost effective and
          require very less maintenance.
