THE GREEN ROOF
Stretching across the expanse of the building’s rooftop, this lush oasis serves as a living ecosystem, offering a host of
environmental, aesthetic and functional benefits. Blanketed with diverse array of vegetation, including a lot of native species,
the green roof acts as a natural insulator, regulating indoor temperatures to an extent, and reducing the building’s energy
consumption.
In addition to its environmental benefits, the green roof provides a host of aesthetic and recreational opportunities. Staff can
enjoy access to rooftop gardens and gathering, providing a serene retreat for relaxation, socialization and outdoor activities.
