High Rise Apartment
The high rise apartments for the elderly are three in number and consists
of four dwelling units in each floor. Two of them are of 2 BHK (80 sqm) and
the other two are 1 BHK (60sqm).
Each of them have balconies facing all the four sides and each of them have
barrier free accessibility.

The entire building has been de-
signed on a barrier free platform.
The vertical circulation con-
sists on two staircases of width
2500mm and two elevators in a
single duct, each of dimension
2500mm X 1800mm.
