Seasons Greetings !

The calendar year 2023 has come to an end and we begin a new calendar year with new hopes,
vigour and a new zeal to perform better. As we welcome 2024, I am filled with optimism for the
opportunities, it will bring to our company. I firmly believe that our employees, the heart of our
organisation, are key to the success of our organisation. HUDCO has been a key player in
addressing the country’s housing and infrastructure challenges for more than five decades,
making significant contributions to the nation, especially for economically weaker sections and
lower income groups of the society. Its economic contribution to the nation can be measured
from the fact that it is ranked amongst the top 10 CPSEs in the country.

To have a successful financial year 2023-24, it is important to approach things with a fresh
perspective and explore out-of-the-box thinking. Instead of resisting change, let us try to
embrace it and see it as an opportunity to learn and improve. Collective efforts will be
instrumental in achieving our goals, including attaining Navaratna status, excellent MoU rating
and enhanced profitability through increased disbursements and reduced cost of funds.
HUDCO is committed to fostering a collaborative environment where each one of us can
contribute effectively, leveraging our individual strengths for the collective good and to serve
the vision of Government in creation of Infrastructure. Our Rigorous efforts during the past
couple of months have shown result towards attainment of the aforesaid objectives.
I look forward to 2024 as a year to Reform, Perform and Transform.

I, once again, extend my warm wishes for a happy, healthy and prosperous New year 2024 to
you and your family.
