MoU with NMRDA
HUDCO made a significant stride in shaping the
future of the Nagpur Metropolitan Region when
CMD signed an MoU with the Nagpur
Metropolitan Region Development Authority
(NMRDA) in the presence of Hon’ble Chief
Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Devendra
Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Minister Shri Eknath
Shinde. Under this partnership, HUDCO will
invest ₹11,300 crore in land acquisition,
housing, and infrastructure, fostering
sustainable and inclusive urban development.
The initiative aims to enhance urban living,
drive economic growth, and ensure modern,
citizen-centric infrastructure across the region.
HUDCO’s regional offices actively engaged with state government officials, strengthening
business relationships through multiple meetings and discussions.
