Chandigarh RO organized several meaningful CSR initiatives including one on 20 September 2025 in Karnal,
Haryana. The program was dedicated to empowering 114 differently abled beneficiaries, who were provided
with assistive equipment designed to enhance their mobility, independence, and ability to lead lives with
dignity.
To improve healthcare and community well-being in Chamba, a Handheld Portable X-ray Machine was
provided to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and essential furniture to Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru Government
Medical College. Open gym equipments were also provided to the Municipal Council, Chamba, to promote
fitness and healthy living among residents, reflecting a holistic approach to community development.

Bhubaneswar Regional Office

HUDCO sanctioned a financial assistance of ₹92.00
lakh to SCB Medical College & Hospital, Cuttack,
Odisha, for the procurement of 10 Battery-Operated
Vehicles (BOVs) equipped with stretchers. This
initiative aims to strengthen mobility infrastructure
within the hospital premises by facilitating the
smooth and safe inter-departmental movement of
immobile patients. The provision of these eco-
friendly vehicles will not only enhance patient care
and comfort but also support hospital staff in
delivering timely and efficient medical services.
