Reduction In Radiation through
          Slabs

          • The horizontal surface is also protected by
using composite roof which reduces the
             amount of heat radiating inside.

          • Vertical and horizontal surfaces are both
             handled to reduce heat radiated.

          • In extreme summer, the hospital shows
temperature reduction of 13° Celsius as
compared to hospital of similar orientation.

          • This composite roof acts as a thermal mass
consisting of an insulating material such as
glass wool, placed between the cement
             sheets.

          • Thus, it further reduces the temperature
             within the built space.
