Regarding Submission and Evaluation of entries:
• There is no restriction to the number of entries that may be submitted by the applicant. Only

entries in PDF & PPT format would be considered.
• Entries complete in all respect as specified will be evaluated by a panel of judges nominated

by HUDCO. In all such matters, the decision of HUDCO shall be final.
• The shortlisted applicants may be required to make a presentation online to the jury
members.

• The entries (pdf/ppt) submitted by the participating teams for the Award will be retained as
property of Hudco.

• Hudco shall be free to publish the entries. No claim for compensation or otherwise shall be
entertained.

Announcement & Presentation of Awards:

The result of the competition will be hosted in HUDCO website.
