Lighting Solutions Responsive and sensitive to the architectural
value, material fabric and design of the buildings, with specific
sensitivity towards historic buildings.
Minimally invasive design: Lighting fitting and fixtures, including
the mounting arrangement are discreet so as to not detract from
the architectural design of the fort and are minimally invasive to
the material and architectural fabric.
Fixtures to be pre-painted in a color matching the façade colors.
Context responsive design: Physical and environmental context
of the structure- its visual relationship with the street, character Jal Vihar
of lighting and activity in the surrounding to avoid light pollution
or visual anarchy, surrounding flora and fauna, obstructions to Façade Lighting of Historic Buildings
views, vantage points of the buildings etc.

Energy efficient and sustainable design and implementation
models towards improved power consumption

Intelligent programmable systems (where applicable): Automated
technology, via diffusers or other, to allow for variations in lighting

seasons/festivals etc.

Technological solutions for operation: via cloud/ web-based
technology for remote controlling.
Responsible, reliable and robust support for Operation and
Maintenance for the 3-year period
