GREEN BUILDING DETAILS
The Bengal Rowing Club is the first club in India
to become an Indian Green Building Council (IGBC)
Platinum rated green building in the existing buildings
category. The building has one rainwater harvesting
tank to harvest more than 20% of the rain water
falling on the site. Building has installed on-site
renewable energy system in the form of 54 kWp of Attempted
Solar PV cells which feed power into the building. Achieved 84
