1. Delineation of the boundary of the Heritage Precinct
2. Conservation of the buildings and incorporation of compatible usage – that of a knowledge centre
3. Insertion of a day-rest centre / interpretation centre built using a mix of existing traditional techniques with modern-day
knowledge
4. A landscape resembling the mood of a Tapoban in a Gurukul – to tie the elements together and create the necessary
ambience for cultural tourism.
