The vertical massing is divided horizontally through an
intermediate skip floor.
The floor plate is bifurcated accordingly by the
variety of activities through which the elders could
be connected and mingled. The amenities push the
bottom crowd upwards and the top crowd downwards.
This floor is connected with all the clusters of site
increasing interactions.
