         SITE DEMONSTRATION
         Population ageing is an inevitable and irreversible demographic reality associated with improvements in health and medical care as well as with decline
         in fertility.
         Substantial senior citizens in every state generates the need of more facilities and homes for them. Thus, a generalized, flexible design has been worked
         on, which adapts the existing context and merges with the neighborhood, amalgamating and reuniting the socio-economic as well as human interactions.
         A site in surat, gujarat has been selected for validating and initiating the idea of the project for the first permutation.
                                                           The key reasons for cities emerging as a retirement friendly destinations is on account of factors  such
                                                           as: better connectivity, native  places, familiarity with area, climatic familiarity, better employment
                                                           opportunities for their children, etc















































         BY LAWS ACCORDING TO SURAT URBAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (SUDA)  AND  GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CONTROL REGULATION (GDCR)
         The surat urban development association (suda)  under the general development control regulations (gdcr) are the guidelines invailing in the area of gujarat,
