HUDCO team also paid a visit to Shri P. Phukan on and to explore various project funding options in the State. It was
given to understand that the Govt. of Assam has exhausted its Govt. Guarantee options for funding. However, funding
can be explored by other means of security. Joint Director (Fin) was requested to consider HUDCO’s funding proposal
for various developmental schemes at mutually agreed terms & conditions.

DCP, HUDCO’s visit to Andhra Pradesh

Venkateswara Reddy, Executive Director, Hyderabad
Regional Office and Smt. Shefali Sudhakar, GM(F),
DMRC, CO HUDCO visited Vijayawada Regional Office
on 28/03/2024. DCP Sir, took review of operations of
VRO and interacted with officials of VRO, during the
review meeting DCP appreciated VRO team for its
efforts in business generation and for achievement of
targets. Further, suggested to relocate office to new
premises to an institutional area and also advised to
explore to develop HUDCO own building after
finalization of capital location issue by the new
government as the present office is situated in normal
business area.
Later, team lead by DCP sir, visited Andhra Pradesh
Secretariat at Velagapudi along with Shri BSA Murthy,
RC, VRO and discussed about default issues especially
the need for clearing of APTIDCO dues and future
business avenues in Andhra Pradesh with Dr. K.V.V
Satyanarayana, Special Secretary (Finance), GoAP.
After detailed deliberations, the Special Secretary
(Finance), agreed for payment of dues of APTIDCO .
