Business Development Meetings, Bhubaneswar

                                                              Housing & Urban Development Department, Govt. of
          Shri  Uday  Anant  Kaole,  Chairman-Cum-Managing
                                                              Odisha.
          Director, MCL. RC, Bhubaneswar greeted the Chairman-
          Cum-Managing  Director,  MCL  and  apprised  him  of
          HUDCO’s storied involvement in the growth of the State
          through  debt  financing  specially  in  the  Power  and
          Housing Sector. CMD, MCL then informed HUDCO about
          the 2x800 MW TPP which will be executed by Mahanadi
          Basin Power Ltd. (MBPL) which is a SPV with 100% share
          held by MCL. During the discussion it was learnt that land
          acquisition of around 3200 acres is going on through IDCO
          (State PSU)l, after which EOI will be floated for Debt
          financing which will be around 70% of the project cost. RC
          informed about HUDCO’s financing pattern and assured
          him all the support in extending HUDCO debt financing at
