(SIPCOT)

• CMD briefed about HUDCO’s funding offer for Land
Acquisition, Last mile connectivity infrastructure and
Commecial projects on Metro station areas.
• In Multilateral fundings, HUDCO’s offer for short
term/bridge loan was also discussed.

Meeting with Dr. S Prabhakar IAS, Managing Director,
• MD, SIPCOT explained various on-going and proposed Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board
projects such as Medical Industrial Park and Electronic (TNUHDB)

with mortgage based on the strength of the Balance
sheet, Sound financials and Cash flow.
• MD, SIPCOT advised HUDCO to explore the funding
option for the upcoming 60 MLD Desalination plant at
Tuticorin.

• CMD and DCP explained about the HUDCO funding for
Kochi and Bengaluru Metro Rail.
• HUDCO’s participation in the recent bidding for a Term
Loan of Rs. 450 Crores was discussed.
