• 53rd Foundation Day 2023

    To commemorate its 53 years of dedicated service to the nation, the Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO) organized its Foundation Day on 25th April, 2023.
    The Hon’ble Union minister (Housing & Urban Affairs & Petroleum and Natural Gas), Shri Hardeep S Puri, the Chief Guest, the Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs, Shri Kaushal Kishore (through video message), Secretary MoHUA Shri Manoj Joshi, Board of Directors of HUDCO and other Senior dignitaries were part of the ceremony.

  • Annual Sports Day 2023

    HUDCO celebrated its Annual Sports Day at the Thyagaraj Stadium, New Delhi. Shri M. Nagaraj, DCP HUDCO, welcomed Shri Manoj Joshi, Secretary MoHUA and Shri S.K. Bagde, Additional Secretary, MoHUA, who also participated in the activities with fervor and friendly competition. Highlighting the benefits of following a fitness regimen, Shri Joshi urged all officials and employees to make exercise a part of their daily routine, so as to prevent lifestyle diseases.

    HUDCO’s Human Settlement Management Institute (HSMI) is organizing the 50th ITEC Programme sponsored by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), GoI, on ‘Realizing the Right to Adequate Housing in the Context of Habitat III New Urban Agenda - Policies, Planning and Practices” from 9thJanuary to 17th February, 2023. Shri Manoj Joshi, Secretary, MoHUA, inaugurated the training programme in the presence of HUDCO Directors Shri M. Nagaraj (Corporate Planning), and Shri D. Guhan, (Finance) and other senior officials of HUDCO and HSMI.

  • Vigilance Awareness Week 2022

    HUDCO observed Vigilance Awareness Week on this year’s theme “Corruption Free India for a Developed Nation”. The Integrity pledge was administered to HUDCO officials and during the week, an essay and slogan writing competition and lecture on ‘Preventive Vigilance’ were organized in HUDCO offices pan-India, to create awareness against corrupt practices and to promote probity in public life to achieve a corruption-free society. The officials were also administered the Unity Pledge to mark National Unity Day.

  • 52nd Annual General Meeting

    The Housing & Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) held its 52nd Annual General Meeting through video conferencing on 26.09.2022. Shri Kamran Rizvi, Chairman & Managing Director, HUDCO chaired the meeting and addressed the shareholders to apprise them of the outstanding performance of the Company during the year.

  • Painting Competition

    The Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO) organised a painting competition for underprivileged children, ahead of World Habitat Day 2022. The competition was organised on the theme identified by UN- Habitat for World Habitat Day 2022, i.e. “Mind the Gap. Leave No One and Place Behind”.

  • 8th International Yoga Day

    Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO), observed the 8th International Yoga Day by organizing yoga sessions for HUDCO officials pan-India. Deliberations on the theme ‘Yoga for Humanity’ was organized to highlight the benefits of yoga in boosting immunity and promoting wellbeing by achieving a healthy balanced life.
