MoU signing with MoHUA




















         HUDCO  signed  its  annual  MoU,  with  MoHUA  for  FY  2025-26,  that  outlines  key  performance  parameters,
         including financial ratios and non-financial indicators such as procurement through GeM, support to MSEs,
         CSR expenditure, among others, with ‘Excellent’ level targets finalized by the DPE, MoF. The MoU was signed
         between  Shri  Srinivas  Katikithala,  Hon’ble  Secretary,  MoHUA,  and  Shri  Sanjay  Kulshrestha,  Chairman  &
         Managing Director, HUDCO, in the presence of senior officials from the ministry and HUDCO.

         HUDCO  participated  in  the  17   NAREDCO  National  Shri Baldeo Purushartha, JS(DEA) was appointed  as
         Convention 2025 held in New Delhi. The event was      HUDCO’s  Govt.  Nominee  Director.  CMD  and
         graced  by  Shri  Manohar  Lal  Khattar,  Hon’ble     Directors  along  with  senior  officials  welcomed  and
         Minister of Housing & Urban Affairs, and Shri Ram
         Mohan  Naidu  Kinjarapu,  Hon’ble  Minister  of  Civil  briefed him about HUDCO’s role in financing India’s
         Aviation.  In  a  panel  discussion,  Shri  Sanjay    infrastructure  requirements  through  a  detailed

                                             Partnership with RSRTC



                                                               HUDCO extended a loan assistance of ₹162 crore to
                                                               the  Rajasthan  State  Road  Transport  Corporation
                                                               (RSRTC)  for  launching  interstate  Super  Luxury
                                                               Volvo buses. This initiative will significantly enhance
                                                               passenger   comfort   and   connectivity   across
                                                               Rajasthan  and  neighboring  states,  reaffirming
                                                               HUDCO’s  commitment  to  financing  sustainable,
                                                               efficient,   and   future-ready   public   transport
                                                               infrastructure.
