A centrally located courtyard helps bring natural light into the central areas of the building. This courtyard combined with the
peripheral fenestration ensures adequate daylight into all the regularly used spaces

The courtyard also aids the exhaust of warm air by means of vents along the sides of the roof, ensuring a ventilation draft
through most of the day

The courtyard enables a view of the central command and control centre screen and also acts as an important breakout and
interactive space for the occupants, promoting social interaction
