The central courtyard ensures adequate daylight
into the interior spaces of the building. Simulation
studies were done to determine the size, location
and other parameters such as glazing type.

The orientation and window placements ensure
adequate natural light within workspaces minimizing
use of electricity for lighting during the day.
All the windows are operable ensuring adequate
ventilation and fresh air within the spaces
