NERLDC BUILDING , POSOCO
PROJECT DETAILS:

The Project is designed for the GRID CONTROLLER OF INDIA LIMITED, which was formerly known as POSOCO (Power System
Operation Corporation Ltd.). It is a Govt. of India Enterprise. The facility is planned to accommodate the Control Room and
related facilities of the North East Regional Load Dispatch Centre.
The site is situated in a space with other related Power Sector facilities belonging to the Govt. of Assam in the Kahilipara
locality of Guwahati. The Project built-up area is 6078.83 SQM and the Site area was 2676 SQM.

POSOCO had entrusted the Design of Project to Civil Engineering Department of Assam Engineering College , Guwahati (AEC),
which carried out the Engineering Design of the Project and engaged RHDA (Rittick Hazarika Design Associates) as Architects
of the Project.
