STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT OF FORM:

The Site Area of the project was about 2676 SQM and
the foot print of the building is about 1074.40 SQM.

The Approach to the site was from the East direction.
The Building was positioned to shield much of the
working spaces from the western side.
Services
The massing of the Building was done to reduce heat
gain from the west by placing the Services on the
Western side.
The other sides were gradually Stepped down to allow
for Indirect Sunlight in most of the Areas.
