ENERGY MODEL ANALYSIS:

After due Planning and Energy Model Analysis,
it was found that:

• The project meets all mandatory
requirements of ECBC.

• EPI (energy performance index) of 57 is
achieved for the project with an energy
savings of more than 35%.

• Peak heat gain through building envelope
is below GRIHA threshold due to passive
design approaches like orientation;
selection of thermally efficient materials
for walls, glass, roof; window to wall
area ratios based on critical orientations;
shading.

All these factors were achieved with
appropriate specification of Glass and Building
envelop design.
