TYPICAL PLAN
The building plan is designed in a manner such that it receives
a large amount of its lighting through natural sunlight.
The open courtyard towards the East of the building provides
cool diffused sunlight to its surrounding spaces throughout
the day.
The western side of the building, although it receives the warm
evening sun, it is provided with louvers and sunshades which
breakdowns the direct sunlight and keep the spaces lit while
maintaining the area cool.

SECTION Reflective Tiles with insulation
This section of the building showcases the way the eastern
open courtyard is utilized to provide cool diffused sunlight to
its surrounding spaces. East Sunlight
The west facing side of the building utilizes the louvers and
sunshades to offer shading from direct rays of the sun, yet
keeping the rooms naturally lit.
Reflective tiles are used on the terrace to reflect and direct
the sunrays away from the roof. Insulation is provided under
the structural slab to further decrease the heat gain of the
structure.
