MULTIPURPOSE AREA
The multipurpose area is designed to be entirely flexible, and will be a platform for the residents
to use for a number of different activities. Partition walls attached at the roof, can me moved and
twisted, to create various forms and combinations, to suit any activity. There is an amphitheater
located at the outside of the multipurpose space, which has sufficient seating and a stage.
The stage can be mechanically retracted, and used for either the multipurpose hall, or for the
amphitheater, depending on need. The multipurpose area lies near the entrance of the site, to
admit the public, when required.
KIDS PARK
The children’s park is designed for the local children to play in,
which incorporates the neighborhood into the design. It is placed
at the edge of the site to make it easy for the children to access the
park. Security posts will ensure that there is secure entry and exits,
making the space safe for both the public as well as the residents.
This space will act as an interactive environment for the residents
to engage with the public, while still enjoying the comforts of the
hated community.
