DESIGN PROGRAM AREA CALCULATION
According to urdpfi “urban and regional development plan
formulation and implementation” urdpfi guidelines

1HECTOR = 10000 SQ.M : IDEAL SITE AS WE HAVE TO
MAKE PROJECT FOR MINIMUM 150 PEOPLE
Thus, 150 persons [minimum] residing on 1 hector land which
is 1% of ideal t.P. Model
FINANCIAL MODEL
The decision of the project to be rented or sold depends
upon favored condition as followed.
IMPLEMENTATION FRAMEWORK
Any housing project has to follow certain process and
guidelines and pass certain stages before the design is
brought into construction.
Hudco, a government owned corporation provides
guidelines and assistance for the building projects. Further,
the state government searches financiers who would
invest in the project and carries out the implementation
framework.
Searching for site and managing the land for construction
falls under the duties of urban local body, which carries the
project further and monitors it.
The private developers, finally, hire builders and designers
who finally execute the project and provide the needed
finance.
