Senior-friendly architectural details were implemented in design, like chamfered wall edges to prevent
injuries, ers (emergency response system) that alerts care personnel immediately.
An ambulance is always present on the site that provides first-aid when needed. It rushes the patients to the
nearby hospitals in case of emergencies.
INFERENCE:
1. Central green space acts as a nucleus.
2. Comfortable and luxurious spaces, designed for high income group people.
ACCESSIBLE CIRCULATION SPACES
Being the most interactive space, the public areas should have an ample amount of
circulation space and access.
The co-living bedrooms should have a dedicated space in front of the access for A demarcated circulation space beside every usable
turning and circulation. space or a piece of furniture is preferred to keep void.
