USER IDENTIFICATION AND DEPENDENCY RATIO PHYSICAL DEPENDENCY
To attain the proportion for the number of units and the ratio of occupancy, the dependen-
cy ratio in different parameters is studied. This helped in deriving the accurate need for the
number of units required for each parameter.
Continuing care retirement communities (ccrc) is also coming up to provide
extended benefits to seniors of independent and assisted living formats under
one roof
