The site has a natural slope with light vegetation. Natural slope present is gradual and protects the site from flooding. The site has not been proposed for any
on-going or future projects. A wire fence is present towards the main road that restricts the pedestrian traffic to access the site. The site lies in the residential
zone and is a victim of noise and air pollution due to the proximity of adjacent roads.

CLIMATIC ANALYSIS
The prevailing climate in Bhopal is humid subtropical climate. The hot summers start in late March and goes on till mid-June with average temperature around
36°C(86°F) and peak temperature around 40°C(104°F) in May. The humid monsoon starts in late June and ends in late September with an average precipitation
of 40 inches(1020 mm) with frequent thunderstorms and flooding. Annual rainfall is about 49 inches. The cool, dry winter starts in November and lasts up to
early March. Winters are cool but not very comfortable, with temperature touching 16°C( 61°F) on average. The winter heightens to freezing point in January.
