PASSIVE DESIGN STRATEGIES

One of the key design strategies employed was the integration of passive cooling techniques tailored to Nagpur’s climate.
Inspired by traditional architectural principles, the campus introduced shading elements to regulate indoor temperature, reducing
reliance on mechanical cooling. Additionally, the Campus design mindfully incorporates elements which minimize carbon footprint
while enhancing its resilience to environmental factors.

Distinct utility zones are strategically separated from the workplace, optimizing circulation patterns for various user groups and
fostering a pedestrian-friendly environment. Thoughtful parking layouts and the strategic placement of service cores ensure
seamless operations without disrupting workflows.

The office campus for Infosys in Nagpur is net-zero enabled and exceeds the conventional benchmarks of sustainability and energy
performance.
