INTEGRATING TECHNOLOGY WITH DESIGN

As a beacon of technological advancement, the campus
integrates smart building controls crucial for optimizing
energy usage and facilitating real-time monitoring and
adjustment of environmental parameters. In response
to Nagpur’s diverse climate, the campus incorporates
passive strategies across its planning, architecture,
and landscape designs.

The five-floor format of the campus fosters flexibility
in the workspaces. Around 20 percent of the area is
dedicated to vertical cores, and 80 per cent reserved
for workspaces. It features a variety of internal spaces,
including collaborative workstations, conference rooms,
break-out areas, and single-pods.
