AN EXEMPLAR FOR SUSTAINABLE DESIGN


              Drawing inspiration  from traditional  architectural
              principles,  the campus  features  natural  ventilation
              systems and thermal mass elements that regulate
              indoor temperatures, reducing reliance on mechanical
              cooling. Water recycling is a cornerstone  of its
              sustainability  efforts,  achieved through innovative
              methods like optimizing  heating and cooling  within
              workspaces via radiant cooling systems, visibly
              reducing wastage and operational  costs for HVAC
              systems.

              The thoughtful and well-researched design strategies
              have led to a remarkable  52% reduction  in the
              Energy Performance Index (EPI) compared to GRIHA
              benchmarks, positioning  the campus as a leader in
              energy efficiency. The Campus consumes only one-
              fifth of the energy of a typical office building.




































             Campus supports low-energy cooling, intelligent building automation, effective rainwater harvesting, & complete recycling of
             wastewater.
