ASSISTED LIVING
Modules are provided on the ground floor for assisted living. They are placed in the cluster, based on their age and needs.
For 75+ Assisted Living - The senior most assisted are provided housing on the ground floor. 10 units are provided
in one cluster form. These units are closest to assistant quarters, wellness centre as well as other central spaces.
For 65 to 75 Assisted Living - modules are provided on the ground floor of the clusters, surrounding the triangular
courtyard. These units are located a little further away from the central activities. 10 Units are provided in one
cluster form.
For 55-65 Assisted Living - Modules are allotted on the 1st floor of low rise apartments with proximity
to lifts and on the ground floor. 4 units of this group are allotted on the ground floor. These 4 units
are kept a little away from the community centre to maintain the privacy of this group. The other 6
units are present on the 1st floor.
INDEPENDENT LIVING
Independent Living is provided on first floor and above.
For 55 to 65 Independent Living - 6 units are allotted on the 5th floor of the low rise apartments
with easy access to lifts. The other 4 units are on the first floor of the clustered houses. This age
group tends to remain private, therefore their housing are provided on the topmost level.
For 65 to 75 Independent Living –Module of this age group are present on the 4th floor
of the low rise apartment and on the first floor. 6 units are present on the
fourth floor while the other 4 units are located on first floor.
For 75+ Independent Living - This age group is placed on the third and second
floors. This age group is socially active and therefore, their housing are provided
near the interactive spaces
