There are two types of housing provided in the project - LOW COST AND NORMAL HOUSING.
There are different materials used to reduce the cost of 1bhk and 2 bhk units.
LOW COST HOUSING
Bagasse Pvc Boards
- Can be designed into any desired form
- The material cause minimum damage to its users
- Costs approximately Rs 140 per square feet
Stone Dust Slabs
- Stone dust is used as replacement for sand
aggregates
- Costs Rs 350 per ton, making it affordable
NORMAL HOUSING
Glass Reinforced Polymer (Grp)
- Maintenance free
- These doors have high strength and are eco-friendly
- Cost efficient with an average cost of Rs 2,000 per M 2
Aerolite False Ceiling
- Made of calcium silicate
- Eco-friendly
- Non-combustible
- They have dense edges, hence are durable,
and en ergy saving
- Acoustically comfortable
- Price ranges between 50-90/ sq.m
Composite Granite
- Composite granite is used to make kitchen slabs,
because they are durable and long lasting
- Resistant to scratching, acid chipping, water spots,
and staining
- Price ranging between Rs 120 – 200
Stone Dust Tiles
Bamboo Flooring
- Eco-friendly - These tiles are eco-friendly
- Can withstand constant pressure - Best for under floor heating
- Unlikely to incur scratches and dents - These tiles have an average cost of Rs 35
- Strand woven bamboo flooring provides a quiet floor per feet
to walk and live Plastic Coated Grab Bars
- It costs Rs 195-300 per sq. ft - Plastic coated grab bars are cheap and
durable
- They provide a firm grip
Stainless Steel Bars
- High resistance to corrosion - cost within the range of Rs 750 - 1000
- Does not absorb dirt
- It has a long-life span
- It costs around Rs 3,000-4000 per piece
