Building 10 homes for those who lost their houses in the floods of 2018.
Location : Harippad, Alleppey district, Kerala.
Area : 400 sq ft (house), 40 sq ft (toilet block)
Configuration : 2 Bedrooms, 1 multipurpose hall, 1 EWC, 1 Shower, 1 Wash basin, 1 kitchen sink.
Year of completion : 2022
Foundation : Precast RCC
Superstructure : GP framed, 40mm thick ferrocement panels
Roof : Corrugated aluminum sheet over GP frames truss
MEP : Exposed electrical/ plumbing/ sanitary works using IS grade materials.
