The frames for wall panels are fabricated using a template table. Weldmesh added to the frames in the centre.
The frames are jointed to each other by welding and then the roof is installed above it.
The workshop manufactured doors and windows are installed inside the metal frames.
Plastering of the walls into 40mm thick ferrocement panels, with CM 1:5mix, using shuttering ply as guides.
