The walls are plastered from both sides to fill the 40mm thickness and cured for 7 days.
The electrical works are done and then primer and wall paint are applied to the walls.
The houses in construction phase when it rained and was waterlogged.
Some of the beneficiaries with their new homes, a roof which they never had a hope when then lost it in floods.
