2018: Nature’s fury took all they had. Remnants of the damaged makeshift houses, most of it single space thatched units.
2019-20 : Covid 19 came right into the middle of the construction program, with its own time, and cost implications.
Transportation of the construction elements and materials was the main challenge in the project implementation as most of
the sites didn’t have road access.
