Shri Manohar Lal, Hon’ble Union Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs, graced HUDCO’s 56th Foundation Day - Sankalp Diwas, celebrations and appreciated HUDCO’s significant contribution to infrastructure development, affordable housing, and urban transformation across India. He further shared that HUDCO is playing a vital role in strengthening the vision of Viksit Bharat through its continuous efforts in nation-building, sustainable urban development, and creating better housing opportunities for all. Celebrations were graced by Chief Guest, Shri Tokhan Sahu, Hon’ble MoS for Housing and Urban Affairs, along with Shri Srinivas Katikithala, Secretary, MoHUA. CMD HUDCO extended his greetings on the occasion and highlighted HUDCO’s remarkable growth journey, strong financial performance, consistently low NPAs, and its expanding role in sustainable housing and urban infrastructure. Shri Tokhan Sahu applauded HUDCO’s unwavering growth, dedication, and commitment towards inclusive development and nation-building. The celebration was filled with pride and happiness as employees and Regional Offices were honored with Performance Awards. The session witnessed a special Symposium on Urban Invest Window (UiWIN) and Urban Challenge Fund (UCF), bringing together key policymakers and experts to discuss the future of urban infrastructure financing. The symposium reflected HUDCO’s continued commitment to building stronger cities through innovation, partnerships, and sustainable urban development.
