PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS

The project is a testament to meticulous planning, strategic
collaboration, and efficient execution. The process adopted
for this transformative initiative adheres to industry best
practices and involves several key steps:

A. COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT:
USCL has conducted comprehensive assessments of the
existing infrastructures of the targeted walled city area in
with the object to understand the constraints and challenges,
required technology, topography, population pattern etc. Ward level Citizen Consultations before project
initiation
B. STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT:
USCL has engaged in extensive discussions with various
stakeholders, including local authorities, the PHED, electricity
department, community representatives, technical experts,
and other relevant parties. This collaboration has contributed
to developing an understanding of the expectations of the
people, possible constraints, and the urgency of the project.

C. COLLABORATION:
USCL has collaborated with multiple stakeholders,
vendors, technology experts, local administration, etc.,

Prominent companies like L&T Infrastructure are engaged in
implementing the project, while Malaviya National Institute
of Technology Jaipur (MNIT) is periodically monitoring the
project implementation.
